What it is

SeaPillar is a digital parcel custody platform built for ship agencies that handle bonded goods, customs release workflows, and signed GDN production. It tracks every parcel through a full seven-stage custody chain — from Expected through Closed — with cryptographically-signed GDNs (ECDSA P-256) and an immutable audit log that satisfies P&I, customs, and flag-state requirements.

Bonded parcels follow the same chain with a Customs Manifest gate (DRAFT → APPROVED → RELEASED) that prevents staging until customs clearance is confirmed. ON_HOLD can be triggered from In Warehouse or Staged and exits with a mandatory agent comment.
