The governing principles for platform access and professional maritime operations.

By accessing or using the SeaPillar platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
The Platform is intended for use by professional maritime organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify SeaPillar of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
SeaPillar retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all source code, algorithms, UI designs, and documentation.
You retain all ownership rights to the operational data you upload to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant SeaPillar a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.
SeaPillar provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaPillar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of cargo, operational delays, or data inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform itself.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
