What buyers ask first
Pulled from real procurement calls. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.
- How is SeaPillar pricing structured?
- SeaPillar is offered as three capability packages — Desk, Command, and Enterprise — each defined by the operational features it unlocks rather than a fixed list price. Pricing is tailored to your fleet size, port-call volume, and integration needs, and is contracted directly with our team. Request a quote and we will map a package and a commercial arrangement to your operation.
- How do I evaluate SeaPillar before committing?
- SeaPillar is invite-only during pilot. Request access via the contact form and our team will book a 20-minute walkthrough mapped to your fleet. If it fits, we configure a pilot workspace with full Command-tier features — vessels loaded, custody chain live, captain portal ready — and align on a billing arrangement that matches your operation.
- Do you offer volume or multi-port arrangements?
- Yes. Agencies running multi-port operations, multi-entity networks, or high bonded-parcel volume contract directly with our team. Your package and commercial terms are tailored to your projected port-call volume, bonded share, and contract length. Request a quote and we will tailor an arrangement to your operation.
- What happens if I exceed my vessel limit?
- SeaPillar will notify you when you are approaching your vessel limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Existing vessels and data are never affected — you cannot add new vessels until you upgrade or remove inactive ones.
- What is included in the Enterprise package?
- Enterprise includes unlimited vessels and storage, white-label branding with custom domain, full API access for ERP and TOS integration, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, an uptime SLA, and custom data retention periods. Enterprise is tailored to fleet size and integration scope, and multi-entity networks are contracted custom. Contact sales for a quote mapped to your operation.
