- How is SeaPillar pricing structured?
- SeaPillar offers three tiers: Desk at DKK 2,500/month for up to 10 vessels, Command at DKK 4,500/month for up to 50 vessels with bonded compliance tools, and Enterprise with custom pricing for unlimited vessels and advanced integrations. Annual billing saves 15%.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Your 60-day free trial includes full Command-tier features so you can evaluate everything before committing. That means customs manifest automation, bonded store management, GDN signing, and all compliance tools — regardless of which plan you select. No credit card required to start.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features become available immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What happens if I exceed my vessel limit?
- SeaPillar will notify you when you are approaching your vessel limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Existing vessels and data are never affected — you cannot add new vessels until you upgrade or remove inactive ones.
- What is the Vessel Owner Access add-on?
- Vessel owners get per-vessel add-on pricing for a read-only portal where they can view documents, pre-alerts, action requests, and delivery confirmations for their vessels. This is billed separately from your main plan and can be added to any tier.
- What is included in Enterprise pricing?
- Enterprise includes unlimited vessels and storage, white-label branding with custom domain, full API access for ERP and TOS integration, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, 99.9% uptime SLA, and custom data retention periods. Enterprise uses custom pricing tailored to your operation.
