Ensure all parcels intended for the vessel are moved to the "Staged" state in the SeaPillar operator dashboard.
Select the vessel call and click "Generate GDN". SeaPillar will compile the manifest and create a unique, hash-protected secure link.
Present the QR code or send the secure link via WhatsApp/Email to the Vessel Captain. No app installation is required.
The Captain reviews the manifest on their mobile device and taps "Confirm Receipt". SeaPillar records their IP address, device signature, and exact timestamp.
The GDN state changes to "Confirmed". A cryptographic hash of the document is sealed in the audit log, creating non-repudiable legal evidence.
